Unlike other agencies, DAP is led by Philomena Davidson, herself a sculptor with hands-on experience of all the plastic arts, from the most traditional to those that utilize the latest technological processes.

Whilst establishing her own bronze foundry, she was involved in the film industry and world of animatronics, robotics and digital animation. She also established, hosted and maintained a series of sponsored opportunities for artists, architects, journalists, teachers and clients to meet and discuss contemporary art and its place in society. In project management, she is acknowledged as an enabler for artists and a manager of the highest regard in maintaining a professional and commercial expertise on behalf of the client. Having pioneered the promotion of arts and crafts in many parts of the UK to managing numerous Public Art projects and events, Philomena retains a comprehensive understanding of the creative process and its application in the public arena.
