A mixed-use residential building, clad in a striking combination of pre-oxidised copper and white terracotta tiling.

The building provides a vibrant mix of market, student and affordable housing, as well as retail space at ground level.

Artist Kate Maestri designed the impressive architectural glazed cladding for the elevator tower where the colours used represent an abstracted slice of landscape as might be glimpsed between two buildings.

The colours reflect the green of trees and the ever changing tones of blue sky, which will be both reflected in, and form a backdrop to, this glass tower.
